Responsibilities

  • Perform technical verification of customers' income and supporting documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Credit Card and Unsecured Loan account creation, maintenance, and updates within the bank's operating systems.
  • Perform pre-processing activities by navigating multiple internal systems to validate customer information and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Handle operational requests related to account maintenance while ensuring timely and accurate processing within established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Respond to enquiries from internal stakeholders and external customers regarding Credit Card and Debit Card origination processes, providing prompt and accurate resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all processing activities comply with the bank's operational procedures, risk controls, and regulatory standards.
  • Identify discrepancies or exceptions during processing and escalate issues where appropriate.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in banking operations, preferably supporting Credit Card, Debit Card, or Unsecured Lending operations.
  • Experience in document verification, account opening, loan processing, or card origination.
  • Familiarity with banking operational procedures, compliance requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to process high transaction volumes accurately.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve processing discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience using multiple banking systems is good to have.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
